Disclaimer (Please Read):Ā Our creative team will do their best in digitising the artwork, however kindly take note that in the event of soft copy artwork uploaded do not meet the minimum file size requirement, we will not be able to digitise the artwork. Hence, no refunds will be made.

All artwork must be captured in a brightly lit environment and following the guidelines above. Soft copy submissions that do not meet the guidelines above will require photo retakes from your end. This will lead to longer processing time.

  • For an additional fee of $6 (optional), our team will send you the digital proof of the edited design template.
    1. You may amend up toĀ 1 timeĀ minor change on the design template that we will email you. Please respond withinĀ 2Ā business days.
    2. Examples of minor changes to the design template include a background color swap, increasing/decreasing the size of artwork, placement of artwork. No change of artwork e.g. replacing artwork. Amendments allowedĀ only for existing art submission.
      • Lead time for Stickers to be ready: 1-2 weeksĀ upon receiving your artwork and/or confirmation for print (for additional $6 digital proof)

      • This timing does not take into account:
      - Delays due to unforeseen circumstances
      - Potential delays due to artwork file quality issues and/or slow response on confirming the design template

      What happens after this?

      You will receive a follow up Whatsapp text message upon receiving your artwork submission for billing on additional artwork, customisable details such as Caption / short write up (if any).

      As our creative team works closely with you to curate your treasured keepsake, we will be communicating via Whatsapp text message / email. If you opt for email communication, kindly take note that emails from hotmail may end up in our spam folder. Please refrain from using hotmail to place your order when possible.

        Please contact us via team@artispique.com within 1 day after receiving Personalised Digital Art book if there are any issues.


        If no such claims are made during the stipulated time frame, we will assume that youā€™ve acknowledged that Personalised Digital Art book you have received is in good condition and that all the specifications had been met.

        Artispique will not be held responsible for defect reports that have been sent in later than the given duration.
