FAQ For Personalised Money Envelopes
What kind of artwork can I include?
You may include 1 piece of artwork like doodles, paintings. Limited up to A4 sized white paper) No 3D art work. We highly recommend art work to be outlined with black marker/ pen. Please refer to the sample below.
We accept doodles, child's handwritten name to be etched onto the money envelopes - "Designed by __".
Artwork / Doodles will need to be done on plain white paper only. No coloured and/or lined papers, else the submission will be rejected.
Will there be a digital proof of the Personalised Money Envelopes for my review?Yes, you may select this option upon ordering for an additional fee of $6. Our team will send you the digital draft of the edited design template.
You may amend up to1 time minor change on the design template that we will email you. Please respond within 2 working days. After the deadline, the design template will automatically be approved and go into production. No changes will be applied after this time.
Examples of minor changes to the design template include a background color swap, increasing/decreasing the size of artwork, placement of artwork. No change of artwork e.g. replacing artwork. Amendments allowed only for existing art submission.
Or... you may leave the design entirely up to our creative team - trust that your art work/ keepsakes will be in great hands! 😉
How do I submit my soft copy artwork online?
You may do so upon placing you order on the spot (please refer below) or if you need more time, you may upload them here when the artwork is ready.
How soon can we receive the ready money envelopes?2-3 weeks upon receiving your artwork and/or confirmation for print (for those who opt for additional $6 digital proof)
What are the delivery costs?
For orders below $100, there will be a flat shipping fee of $6. For orders $100 & above, free shipping applies.
Do you offer refunds/ returns for the money envelopes?
Unfortunately, we do not due to the nature of customisation on the products. However, please contact us via email@example.com within 1 day after receiving you order if there are any issues.
If no such claims are made during the stipulated time frame, we will assume that you’ve acknowledged that the order you have received is in good condition and that all the specifications had been met. Artispique will not be held responsible for defect reports that have been sent in later than the given duration.
