What kind of artwork can I include?

You may include 3 pieces of artwork like doodlles, paintings. Limited up to A4 sized white paper) No 3D art work. We highly recommend art work to be outlined with black marker/ pen. Please refer to the sample below.

We accept doodles, child's handwritten name to be etched onto the mug "Designed By ___".

Artwork / Doodles will need to be done on plain white paper only. No coloured and/or lined papers, else the submission will be rejected.

Will there be a digital proof of the Doodley Mug for my review?

Yes, you may select this option upon ordering for an additional fee of $6. Our team will send you the digital proof of the edited design template. No mock ups will be sent.
      You may amend up to 1 time minor change on the design template that we will email you. Please respond within 5 business days.
        Examples of minor changes to the design template include a background color swap, increasing/decreasing the size of artwork, placement of artwork. No change of artwork e.g. replacing artwork. Amendments allowed only for existing art submission.

          Or... you may leave the design entirely up to our creative team -  trust that your art work/ keepsakes will be in great hands! 😉


          How do I submit my soft copy artwork online?

          You may do so upon placing you order on the spot (please refer below) or if you need more time, you may upload them here when the artwork is ready.

          Important: If you have ordered more than 1 (non similar design order), please submit additional artwork separately here again.


          Minimum 2MB file size in PNG/ JPEG/ PDF format for 3 pieces of artwork to be uploaded.
          You may follow the guideline below on how to properly photograph your artwork.

           

          How soon can we receive the ready Doodley Mugs?

          Lead time for mugs to be ready: 1-2 weeks upon receiving your artwork

          - Delays due to unforeseen circumstances
          - Potential delays due to artwork issues 

           

          Do you offer refunds/ returns for Doodley Mugs?

          Unfortunately, we do not due to the nature of customisation on the mug. However, please contact us via orders@artispique.com within 3 days after receiving Your Doodley Mug(s) if there are any issues.

          If no such claims are made during the stipulated time frame, we will assume that you’ve acknowledged that Your Doodley Mug(s) you have received is in good condition and that all the specifications had been met. Artispique will not be held responsible for defect reports that have been sent in later than the given duration.
