FAQ For Personalised Mug Coasters

What kind of artwork can I include?

You may include 1 piece of artwork like doodles, paintings. Limited up to A4 sized white paper) No 3D art work. We highly recommend art work to be outlined with black marker/ pen. Please refer to the sample below.

We accept doodles, child's handwritten name to be etched onto the printed coaster "Designed by __","Belongs to ___" or "By ___".

Artwork / Doodles will need to be done on plain white paper only. No coloured and/or lined papers, else the submission will be rejected.

Will there be a digital proof of my Personalised Mug Coasters for my review?

Yes, you may select this option upon ordering for an additional fee of $6. Our team will send you the digital proof of the edited design template. No mock ups will be sent.
      You may amend up to 1 time minor change on the design template that we will email you. Please respond within 2 business days.
        Examples of minor changes to the design template include a background color swap, increasing/decreasing the size of artwork, placement of artwork. No change of artwork e.g. replacing artwork. Amendments allowed only for existing art submission.

          Or... you may leave the design entirely up to our creative team -  trust that your art work/ keepsakes will be in great hands! 😉

           

          Are there any restrictions on the gift message I can add on my Personalised Mug Coasters?

          Yes, due to the space limitation on each coaster, and for the message to be designed seamlessly alongside the artwork.

          There is a limit of 30 characters for the message and 15 characters for the name. Yes, you may add in a unique recipient name per coaster!

          Individual recipient name(s) will be printed together with the Gift Message you have written.

          For example -

          Gift Message: 'Thank you,'
          Individual recipient name(s): 'Teacher Crystal / Huang Lao Shi / etc..'
          It will be printed as: 'Thank you, Teacher Crystal', 'Thank you, Huang Lao Shi', and so on.

          OR

          Gift message: 'Happy Teachers' Day, Teacher'
          Individual recipient name(s): 'Crystal / Melissa / etc..'
          It will be printed as: 'Happy Teachers' Day, Teacher Crystal', 'Happy Teachers' Day, Teacher Melissa' and so on.

          How do I submit my soft copy artwork online?

          You may do so upon placing you order on the spot (please refer below) or if you need more time, you may upload them here when the artwork is ready.

          However, do take note of the longer lead time should you submit later than the stipulated timing during the peak periods (special occasions and Public Holidays).

          Important: If you have ordered more than 1 (non similar design order), please submit additional artwork separately here again.

          Minimum 2MB file size in PNG/ JPEG/ PDF format for each piece of artwork to be uploaded.
          You may follow the guideline below on how to properly photograph your artwork.

           

           

          How soon can we receive the ready products?

          Teacher’s Day 2022 order cut off date: 16 August 2022 1159pm

          2 - 3 weeks upon receiving your artwork and/or confirmation for print (for those who opt for additional $6 digital proof)
          This timing does not take into account:
          - Delays due to unforeseen circumstances
          - Potential delays due to artwork file quality issues and/or slow response on confirming the design template

           

          What are the delivery costs?

          For orders below $100, there will be a flat shipping fee of $6. For orders $100 & above, free shipping applies.

          Do you offer refunds/ returns for Personalised Mug Coasters?

          Unfortunately, we do not due to the nature of customisation on the products. However, please contact us via orders@artispique.com within 1 day after receiving you order if there are any issues.

          If no such claims are made during the stipulated time frame, we will assume that you’ve acknowledged that the order you have received is in good condition and that all the specifications had been met. Artispique will not be held responsible for defect reports that have been sent in later than the given duration.
