FAQ for Your Everyday Book

What type and size of artwork do you accept?

Up to 30 pieces of artwork (max A4 size). Inclusive of limited to 10 pieces of 3D artwork (max 20cm length, max 5cm height)

** Kindly take note that any 3D artwork above 10 pieces and/ or exceed the maximum size stated will be rejected. Total artwork submitted should not exceed 30 pieces. If there are more, please cart out another Everyday Book.

 

What is the art collection pack for?

It can contain all the A4 sized (and below) artwork and comes with a starter kit - guideline on collating your art pieces, fragile label sticker, and Collection Airway Bill.

 

We recommend not folding your art pieces. After collating the art work, remember to seal the envelope to secure it, adhere the airway bill and hand the collection pack to our trusted courier partner on the date that you've selected.

All you need to do after is sit tight (feeling guilt free) while we work on curating your anticipated Everyday Book! 😌

 

 

May I add digital files/ photos?

Yes, you can add in soft copy photographs (of at least 2MB file size each) to team@artispique.com to be part of the 30 art pieces.

What if I do not have enough art pieces?

If you do not have 30 pieces of artwork, kindly send in your soft copy artwork (of at least 2MB each) to team@artispique.com to be curated with your art pieces.

 

How does the subscription work?

 

  

Am I able to share the subscription plan with friends/ siblings? 

Yes, but kindly take note that the delivery and collection will only be made to one mailing address for this order. Correspondences via email and phone will only be made to one address and phone number too.

 

What if I delay the next book if I do not have enough artwork?

For the prepaid books, you may choose to use it anytime within one year from date of purchase. Just drop us an email at orders@artispique.com and we will arrange for the collection of artwork on your preferred date.

 

May I add captions or short write ups?

Definitely. Kindly take note that the captions to the artwork can be added at $1 each, limited to 60 characters. Please include the text/ captions on a note (clipped to the art pieces) or email your text/ captions to team@artispique.com.

 

Can I change my art collection pack to another packaging?

Your Everyday Book is suitable for up to 30 pieces of artwork (max A4 size), hence our collection pack will fit your artwork perfectly. 

Kindly take note that other forms of packaging will be rejected

 

Can I change the date of pick up for my art collection pack?

Do take note that if you are unable to meet the collection date, kindly inform us via orders@artispique.com at least 3 working days in advance to prevent additional shipping costs being incurred. The additional shipping costs will be borne by you. Collection can be delayed up to one year from date of purchase.

Do I get to review my book proof before print?

Absolutely! Our team will email you the book proof for review, please do keep a lookout! 

You agree that it is your responsibility to review and check all your product's design for the following issues before approving the book proofs:

  1. Text issues: Spelling mistakes, grammar, unfinished text, missing text, hidden text, overlapping text, text in the gutter/binding area, text too close to the trim zone and text not within the safe zone area.

  2. Photo/ Art work issues: Photo/ art work arrangement, overlapping photos, faces in the photo in the gutter/binding area, faces in the photo too close to the trim line, faces in the photo not within the safe zone area, background not extended until the end of the page and any photo editing that was done to the photos.

  3. Design/creative issues: Design layout, style, colour choices, use of masks and scrapbooks, and other design elements imported into and/or edited.

  4. Any other creative choices you made while sending your feedback on your book.

  5. Any other creative choices you made while approving your product.

 

Can I terminate my subscription?

We do not allow any cancellation of orders once you have placed the order.

Is the subscription transferrable?

The subscription is non-transferrable. 

You may choose to use redeem the prepaid books anytime during the year from the date of purchase. Just drop us an email at orders@artispique.com and we will arrange for the collection of artwork on your preferred date.
