 Soft Copy Artwork Digitisation 
 ** All artwork to be done on blank A4 white paper. No coloured papers and/or lined papers. We highly recommend art work to be outlined with black marker/ pen.
 
For soft copy digitisation: Upload the artwork in PNG/ JPEG/ PDF (1 piece only)
Minimum 2MB file size

Disclaimer (Please Read): Our creative team will do their best in digitising the artwork, however kindly take note that in the event of soft copy artwork uploaded do not meet the minimum file size requirement, we will not be able to digitise the artwork. Hence, no refunds will be made.
 
All artwork must be captured in a brightly lit environment and following the guidelines above. Soft copy submissions that do not meet the guidelines above will require photo retakes from your end. This will lead to longer processing time.

Exclusive Customised Cushion by Artispique,
high-quality vibrant full-colour printing onto
Velvet Plush Fabric which features these qualities-

  • Available in 1 cushion or a Set of 2 identical cushions
  • Width and Height ~40cm
  • Carefully sourced in gorgeous soft, velvety textured fabric
  • Artwork done on A4 white paper will be digitised & designed around the fabric. Patterns/ Prints will be placed carefully for a seamless match. 
  • Available in gorgeous varieties of ombré colours/solid colours
  • Gentle hand wash and dry flat only to maintain the fabric condition (care instructions will be included in your order)
 
Important information:
  • For an additional fee of $6 (optional), our team will send you the digital proof of the edited design template.
    1. You may amend up to 1 time minor change on the design template that we will email you. Please respond within 2 business days.
    2. Examples of minor changes to the design template include a background color swap, increasing/decreasing the size of artwork, placement of artwork. No change of artwork e.g. replacing artwork. Amendments allowed only for existing art submission.
      • Lead time for Cushion to be ready: 4-4.5 weeks upon receiving your artwork and/or confirmation for print (for additional $6 digital proof)
      • This timing does not take into account:
      - Delays due to unforeseen circumstances
      - Potential delays due to artwork file quality issues and/or slow response on confirming the design template

      What happens after this?

      You will receive a follow up email upon receiving your artwork submission as well as customisable details such as Caption / short write up (if any).

      As our creative team works closely with you to curate your treasured Pique Fine Art Print, we will be communicating via email. Kindly take note that emails from hotmail may end up in our spam folder. Please refrain from using hotmail to place your order when possible.

      • I have a problem with my Personalised Digital Art Book. Can I return / get a refund for it?

        Please contact us via team@artispique.com within 1 day after receiving Personalised Digital Art book if there are any issues.


        If no such claims are made during the stipulated time frame, we will assume that you’ve acknowledged that Personalised Digital Art book you have received is in good condition and that all the specifications had been met.

        Artispique will not be held responsible for defect reports that have been sent in later than the given duration.
