Base Price:

$42.90 for soft copy artwork digitisation

Up to 3 pieces of doodles/ artwork and/or keepsakes

** All artwork to be done on plain white background paper only. No coloured/ lined papers. We highly recommend art work to be outlined with black marker/ pen.

For soft copy digitisation: Minimum 2MB file size for each artwork to be uploaded

Here is the guideline on how to properly photograph the artwork below.

Disclaimer (Please Read): Our creative team will do their best in digitising the artwork, however kindly take note that in the event of soft copy artwork uploaded do not meet the minimum file size requirement, we will not be able to digitise the artwork. Hence, no refunds will be made.

All artwork must be captured in brightly lit environment and following the guidelines above. Soft copy submissions that do not meet the guidelines above will require photo retakes from your end. This will lead to longer processing time. If there is no prompt response from you, we will proceed with rejecting the order. No refunds will be made.

Shipping information:

For an additional fee of $6 (optional), our team will send you the digital proof of the edited design template. No mock ups will be sent.

You may amend up to 1 time minor change on the design template that we will email you. Please respond within 5 business days.
Examples of minor changes to the design template include a background color swap, increasing/decreasing the size of artwork, placement of artwork. No change of artwork e.g. replacing artwork. Amendments allowed only for existing art submission.

Lead time for mugs to be ready: 2-3weeks upon receiving your artwork and/or confirmation for print (for additional $6 digital proof)

This timing does not take into account:

- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances

- Potential delays due to artwork file quality issues and/or slow response on confirming the design template
